Buying a home is already a stressful situation, add on top doing it while working full time from home with a toddler it’s even worse. I would not have been able to go through this process if it wasn’t for Kevin and his team. From the beginning, walking us through what we were approved for, being available at the drop of a hat when we wanted to know what our monthly payment would be for a house just saw, to the last leg of obtaining an amazing interest rate, Kevin and the team worked with us day in and day out. Kevin supported our family through our home purchase, we closed on the house this month. From the beginning of working with Kevin for the pre-approval to the clear to close, he was invested in our purchase and it absolutely showed. He handled our situation carefully, worked to get us the best interest rate and managed a team that took us through the process. I had so many questions and often drove myself nuts, but Kevin was right there with me answering what I needed and providing updates.
